One House. Clear responsibilities.
House of Borel LLC operates the specialist businesses and issues invoices. 20Twenty5 Holdings is the holding entity that owns the brands. Mr. Borel's personal platform, Borel.xyz, sits alongside the House.

Each specialist business retains its own identity and customer proposition. Borel Labs is the House's internal software and venture-development studio, building shared tools and developing selected products into ventures. The House is founder-led and deliberately small.
03 · How we participate
Clear operating boundaries in specialised industries.
Portfolio businesses may serve clients operating in specialised industries or provide information about specialist and regulated providers. House of Borel participates through consulting and advisory work, software and information services, business development and introductions.
What we do not do
House of Borel LLC does not custody client assets, hold client funds or virtual assets, operate customer financial accounts, execute customer transactions, process payments, operate an exchange, provide brokerage, act as an investment manager or provide regulated financial services.
Regulated services
Where regulated services are required, clients contract directly with the appropriately authorised third-party provider. That provider is independently responsible for its contractual relationship, eligibility and onboarding decisions, compliance framework and regulated service delivery.
04 · Commercial model
A defined model for each engagement.
House of Borel operates a diversified B2B commercial model. Depending on the engagement or product, revenue may be generated through consulting and advisory mandates, project fees, software subscriptions, platform fees, business-development mandates and commercial introductions.

Terms of engagement
Selected mandates may use fixed fees, retainers, introduction fees or agreed outcome-based commercial participation, depending on the engagement and applicable law. Introduction or referral fees, where used, are for business-development services only and do not involve handling client money. Specific pricing, scope and obligations are set out in separate written agreements. We do not charge for, or guarantee, a regulated provider's approval or decision.
