These Terms of Use form an agreement between you and House of Borel LLC ("House of Borel," "we," "us" or "our") and govern your access to and use of houseofborel.xyz and any related pages, content, features or services (the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you accept these Terms. If you are using the Site on behalf of a business or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

House of Borel LLC is a Wyoming limited liability company and a technology and business services company. We develop and operate software, digital products and online information platforms, and provide strategic, technology and business consulting services to international business clients. The House operates multiple specialist brands, products and businesses and may link or route users to separately branded sites, services or applications. Those separate services are governed by their own terms and policies where provided.

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit anyone else's use of the Site. You must not use the Site in any manner that is fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or in violation of any applicable law or regulation. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when submitting an enquiry or any other form through the Site.

Content on the Site is provided for general informational and business purposes. It is not legal, tax, investment, banking, regulatory, financial or other professional advice. Nothing on the Site is a recommendation to take any action. You should consult qualified professionals before making decisions based on information found here.

Use of the Site, browsing its pages or submitting a general enquiry does not create an attorney-client relationship, fiduciary relationship, agency relationship, partnership, joint venture, client relationship or any similar relationship with House of Borel LLC or any of its businesses. Those documents, not these Terms of Use, will govern the specific engagement.

Engagements may involve consulting, project, retainer, subscription, platform, business-development, introduction, referral or agreed outcome-based fees where applicable and legally permissible. No website content or general enquiry entitles anyone to a particular institutional, commercial or regulated outcome.

House of Borel does not act as a bank, payment processor, exchange, broker, custodian, money transmitter, investment manager or regulated financial intermediary. Where an opportunity involves an activity requiring regulatory authorisation, that activity must be performed by the appropriately authorised third party under its own terms, compliance framework and regulatory responsibility.

When you submit an enquiry, contact form or other communication through the Site, you represent that the information is accurate, that you have the right to share it and that it does not violate any law or third-party right. You give us permission to use that information to respond to, evaluate and route your enquiry within the House as reasonably necessary, subject to our Privacy Policy.

Please do not send highly sensitive personal information, trade secrets or confidential material through general website forms unless we have agreed in advance to receive it.

The House of Borel marks, logos, trade dress, design, copy, software, code, images, videos, text, layout and other content on the Site are owned or licensed by House of Borel LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. You may view, download and print pages from the Site for your own personal or internal business reference, provided you do not modify them and keep all proprietary notices intact.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, subject to mandatory consumer or protective laws that cannot be contracted away in your jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not waive that right or provision. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding use of the Site.
